1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PocketLLM Lite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer, Prashant C. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. License and Usage

PocketLLM Lite is proprietary software. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App to develop competing products or services

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design), is owned by Prashant C and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to run the App
  • Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored locally
  • Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Any content you generate or input through the App
  • Backing up any important data stored within the App

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • You should verify important information from independent sources
  • The developer is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • AI responses should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRASHANT C BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prashant C regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
